Acknowledgments: $15.00 per notarized signature.

Jurats: $15.00 per notarized signature.

Certified Copy of Power of Attorney: $15.00 per copy.

Oaths or Affirmations: $15.00 per person.

Mobile Travel & Special Facility Fees

Downey Local Area: $35.00 flat travel fee.

Surrounding LA County Cities: $45.00–$65.00, based on location.

Same-Day & Urgent Appointments: Additional fees may apply for same-day, urgent, or short-notice appointments.

Hospitals & Care Facilities: Starting at $50.00 specialized facility fee.

Jails & Detention Centers: Starting at $75.00 specialized facility fee.

Additional Fees

Printing / Copying: $0.30 per page (loan packages excluded).

FedEx / UPS Drop-Off: $20.00 convenience fee.

Waiting Time: $15.00 for each additional 15-minute increment when the signer or required parties are not ready at the scheduled appointment time. A 15-minute grace period is provided.

Cancellation / No-Show: Full applicable travel fee may apply when an appointment is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time or when the signer is unavailable upon arrival.

Includes travel and coordination fee, plus $15.00 per notarized signature.

Real Estate Loan Signings: Starting at $175.00
Includes full loan package printing, notarization, and document drop-off/scan back.

Apostille Facilitation Services: Starting at $125.00
Includes document intake, delivery to the California Secretary of State, applicable state filing fee, and return delivery to the client. Additional documents: $75.00 each.
