Individual Comprehensive Trust Package — $190 to $250
Includes: Revocable Living Trust, Pour-Over Will, Certification of Trust, Powers of Attorney, and 1 Quitclaim Deed.
Covers: Up to 10 notarized signatures + mobile travel and coordination fee.
Couples Comprehensive Trust Package — $265 to $390 (based on total notarized signatures)
Includes: Complete joint or separate trust portfolios for both spouses, including full ancillary documents and primary residence deeds.
Covers: Up to 20 notarized signatures + mobile travel and coordination fee.
Business & Administrative Add-Ons
Printing / Copying Fee: $0.30 per page (loan packages excluded)
FedEx / UPS Drop-Off: $20.00 convenience fee
Excessive Waiting Time: $15.00 for every 15 minutes (after the first 15-minute grace period)
Cancellation / No-Show Fee: Full travel fee applies if canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time
